Mom’s Lasagna

STEP 1: BEEF SAUCE: To a deep pan, add the ground beef and cook until browned, then drain. Add in the garlic, parsley, basil, tomatoes, tomato paste, and salt. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. STEP 2: PASTA: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in the noodles. Cook until al dente, then drain and rinse. STEP 3: CHEESE LAYER: Beat the eggs, then add the cheese, parmesan, parsley, pepper, and salt. STEP 4: BUILD: Build the lasagna in a baking dish with a layer of noodles, then the filling, then mozzarella, then the beef sauce. Repeat 2 additional times. STEP 5: BAKE: Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Optional- broil for the last few minutes until the cheesy begins to brown.
